Adorable little girl who was surrendered to the shelter, who then reached out to rescue. Miss Lottie has only been with us for a few days but her foster mom absolutely loves her!
Lottie loves to play with her big foster brother and is wonderful with the grandkids when they visit. She is also good with cats!
Lottie is being fostered in Northern Utah.
